Electronic Health Records - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly: Northern California HIMSS Presents a Session Focusing on Real World Experiences of EHR Systems
SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Northern California Chapter of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) announces today a special educational session to take place on December 16, 2008, in San Francisco, CA. The educational session focuses on electronic health records (EHR) and hard won lessons learned by experienced clinician leaders on what you need to know in order to succeed and what to avoid.
Discussion areas for the session will include the current state of the art of EHR systems, and EHR usage among hospitals, physician offices, insurance companies, and patients.
